Hey, I'm Jill.

A wife, mama of two, faith-based coach and the founder of Rooted & Real Retreats.

I'm passionate about helping women move from overwhelm and burnout to a life of intention and purpose. These retreats were born from my own story.

For years, I stayed busy chasing success, checking boxes, and taking care of everyone else. From the outside, life looked full, but underneath it all, I found myself quietly wondering...

"There has to be more to life than this."

It wasn't until I gave myself permission to step away from the hustle that God began showing me who I was beyond everything I did.

I created the retreat I wish I'd given myself permission to attend years ago. A place to step away from the hustle, reconnect with God, and remember who you are beyond everything you do. A place where genuine friendships are formed, laughter comes easily, adventure reminds you to play again, and you leave with a renewed heart and a clearer sense of purpose.

  • Each tent is designed to feel cozy, comfortable, and just a little elevated. You’ll have:

    • (2) Queen/Full beds or (1) King bed with all bedding

    • Gas fireplace

    • Keurig coffee maker (pods included)

    • Oscillating fan

    • Private sitting area

    • Large 65qt cooler

  • The tents are semi-off-grid, but yes—you’ll have electricity, lighting, heating, and access to water via an outdoor spigot.

  • Just steps from the tents are three private bathroom suites, each equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and climate control (heat & A/C) for your comfort.

  • Towels and personal toiletries are not provided, so be sure to bring what you need to feel comfortable and at home during your stay.

  • This retreat is intentionally designed to help you unplug. Most of the property does not have Wi-Fi, but it is available in the main retreat space, which you’ll have access to throughout the weekend.

    • Sneakers or shoes you don’t mind getting a little dusty

    We’ll have most of what you need, but if you have a favorite blanket or lawn chair, feel free to bring it along.

  • Because of the planning, accommodations, and upfront commitments required to create this experience, all retreat bookings are non-refundable.

    If something unexpected comes up and you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another woman. If we’re able to fill your spot, we will issue a refund minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.
